Election Breakdown

Updated: Nov 16, 2019

The Cyborg Coalition of Canada

Error 404. Party not found.

Most new technology tends to have unforeseen bugs and hiccups, but unfortunately for Hon. Sarah Ogruk, there is no Tech Support Party to remedy those of her CCC.

With a mere 10 tweets, less than half of that of the next lowest party, the CCC has virtually no presence at all within the virtual world, or without.

Cyborg? No, Cybored.

The Plastics

A vote for Hon. Keith de Silva-Legault’s Plastics is a vote for the environment. Why is that you ask?

Traditional plastics can take 1000 years to decompose, Keith managed to develop Plastics that decompose in less than a month.

After a relatively strong start, and a lively debate performance (in a third of our official languages), The Plastics seem to have disappeared.

There aren’t many policies I can critique, mainly because there aren’t very many policies.

But hey, save the oceans!

Bird Fro... I mean Rat Party

If you take the idea of last years' Bird Front, slice off its wings and throw it in the trash, you have Rat Party. Don't remember Bird Front? Chances are you won't remember Rat in three months either.

Carolina Muñoz seems to have just taken Hon. Henry Mann’s idea and replaced “caw caw” with “squeak squeak.” If there was a parliamentary plagiarism policy, this party would have been driven back underground by now.

Its worth noting, however, that despite having a rather small and recycled platform, Rat Party can still boast they've presented more content than half of their competitors.

If you miss out on Rat this year, you can always join them next year as Dog. Woof, woof.

FAM Party

The Hon. Trevor Stewart is leading what is easily this year's most developed party, presenting the Canadian people with a full, in depth platform well before the elections.

Mr. Stewart naturally takes a “father knows best approach” in his sweeping platform. This, however, has resulted in many of his policies, such as cell phone bans during dinner, being called authoritarian by opposition parties.

It has been made clear over the campaign that Mr. Stewart considers all of Canada his family, and he just wants what is best for it.

Voters should be certain, however, that if it’s his House, it’s his rules.

Good Old Party

Led by the Rt. Hon. Spencer Brickles, Rt. Hon. Alec Connor, Rt. Hon. Rebecca Jones, Rt. Hon. Christina Rideout and Rt. Hon. Brian Triska; the GOP has by far the most competent leadership team.

As Canada’s oldest and most accomplished party, GOP members have exhibited pristine leadership over the course of years past. Their members have managed to put more successful votes before the House than the rest of the PM candidates combined.

Though clearly overqualified for the job, the GOP chosen to grace Canada with the opportunity to have them form a government that will ensure prosperity for every Canadian.

There is only one choice on the ballot, vote GOP!
